  • Executive Trainee

    Key Responsibilities

    1. A 2-year management training program, with first hand exposure working with the Group Chairman and other senior executives
    2. Rotation across different business divisions: Restaurant Operations, Culinary Production, Procurement, Marketing, Engineering/ Maintenance, Manufacturing, Food Safety, etc.
    3. Undergo frontline trainings to learn industry leading production and service techniques
    4. Executive Trainees are expected to hold managerial positions upon successful completion of the program
  • Requirements

    1. Obtained University Bachelor degree or equivalent; majoring in F & B Management or hospitality is not required. Overseas graduates are welcomed
    2. At least 5 years of working experience. Prefer experiences in food service, hospitality or retail industry ; but not a requirement
    3. Strong passion in the food and beverages sector, and is committed to build a career in the industry
    4. Strong language skills (both spoken and written) in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
    5. Willingness to travel and to conduct short-term overseas assignments
    6. Self-motivator who is willing to take challenge; and also a responsible team member 
    1. Degree holder in Food Science, Production Management or related disciplines;
    2. At least 4 years of food manufacturing experience;
    3. Solid experience on HACCP, ISO 22000 and OHSAS system;
    4. Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese;
    5. Proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point & Chinese Word Processing;
    6. A good team player
    7. Less experience will be considered as Production Control Officer or Assistant
