  • Quality Assurance Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    Work Location: Tai Po
    • To set up, implement, maintain ISO22000 & HACCP Quality Management System; Leading team to conduct inspection from raw material, processing and end products;
    • To support the implementation of food safety, hygiene and quality assurance operation policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure all the entire production process is in compliance with the corporate standard;
    • To implement and improve the food inspection system at Central Kitchen;
    • To coordinate and participate the staff personal hygiene and OHSAS training;
    • To set up a food lab, implement the sampling plan, and testing report preparation;
    • Cost control of laboratory expense;
    • Fire drill coordination and record keeping;
    • To maintain and schedule the equipment efficiency & safety measure;
    • To assist the ad-hoc projects as assigned.
  • Requirements

    1. Degree holder or above in Food Science or related disciplines;
    2. At least 5 year's relevant working experience, preferably gained in Food Manufacturing Industry;
    3. Oversee the Quality Assurance team daily operations;
    4. Managing and operating of microbiological laboratory experience is a must;
    5. Solid experience on HACCP & ISO 22000;
    6. Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese;
    7. Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing;
    8. A good team player
    9. Less experience will be considered as Quality Assurance Supervisor
